Raspberry Bonbon
ingredients
1.5 oz Tomasello Dark Chocolate Dipped Raspberry Cream
1 oz Raspberry infused Vodka
0.5 oz Coconut Liqueur
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled then strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries on a pick.
- Place candy canes in a bag and crush them. Spread the pieces on a plate.
- Loosely fill an 8 oz jar with fresh, washed raspberries.
- Muddle berries into a pulp.
- Fill jar with unflavored vodka.
- Seal, shake, and allow to infuse for at least one hour.
- Fine strain, discard fruit pulp, and rebottle until ready to use.
