2007 Atlantic County Oak Cask Reserve Chardonnay
Grown in our well established Chardonnay vineyard, this 100% Atlantic County estate grown Chardonnay was fermented to dryness using Prise de Mousse yeast with a simultaneous malo-lactic fermentation to effectuate a buttery finish. The wine was aged in air-dried heat toasted American oak casks. The result is a Chardonnay with a bouquet of oak and smoky vanilla structurally supported by underlying fruitiness. |
